Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation (M.S.) with 4-years graduation (Hons.) in Nutrition and Food Science or relevant subjects.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To implement technical monitoring tools, ensuring close tracking of program indicators.
∎ To collaborate and coordinate with other stakeholders (government/non-governmental and international organizations) in the relevant intervention area.
∎ To supervise the quality-of-service provision in the camps, including screening, detection, and referral mechanisms, as well as admission and treatment of Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM), Moderate Acute Malnutrition (MAM), and Pregnant and Lactating Women (PLW) in the Integrated Nutrition Facilities (INFs).
∎ To oversee and ensure if the standard treatment protocols are in place and followed by the field and center level staff.
∎ Promptly report any issues related to the quality of the nutrition program to the program manager.
∎ To ensure timely procurement and supply of food and non-food items as needed.
∎ To ensure the appropriate use and allocation of food and non-food items in accordance with standard protocols within the nutrition program.
∎ To supervise proper stock management at the field level for food, non-food items, and medications, ensuring adherence to quality stock management practices.
∎ To report timely regarding any supply chain-related issues and the utilization of therapeutic food, supplementary food and/or wet ration food items, non-food items, and medications to the Program Manager.
∎ To establish a working environment where each staff will respect other staff.
∎ To motivate the field level staff and exercise team building activities to ensure good harmony within the team.
∎ To ensure proper attendance of staff, and volunteers and respect for working hours.
∎ To follow up on the days off for the staff and replacement of staff.
∎ To report any absence and not respecting working hours to the Program Manager.
∎ To collect and check of the attendance sheets at the end of each month for staff, and volunteers and submission to the Program Manager.
∎ To make sure that the staff of the program is following their job description and can fulfill required tasks timely and efficient manner.
∎ Report timely any problem related to staff management to the Program Manager.
∎ To identify training needs for various staff categories within the program and communicate and support the Program Manager to arrange formal training based on need.
∎ To regularly conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) based on need and capacitate the staff. DMP is the primary focal for the field level OJT identification and provision.
∎ To engage in and facilitate training sessions for the different staff categories actively.
∎ To make sure that the Nutrition Site Supervisors are using standard reporting formats.
∎ To ensure that daily, weekly and monthly records of beneficiaries (admissions, cured, defaulters, death, transfer, the gain of weight, length of stay, etc.) are in place and the staff of the program can fulfill them efficiently.
∎ Collection, compilation, and analysis of the monthly reports from the program (Screening with GMP, Outpatient treatment centers, SFP, BSFP, and Stabilization centers) and submission to the Program Manager.
∎ To foster strong working relationships with all sector partners and the relevant authorities at the CIC.
∎ To ensure submission and communication regarding program-related progress to the govt. stakeholders in a timely manner.
∎ To ensure effective communication and collaboration with other sector partners at the field level.
∎ To attend and represent WV during coordination meetings at the field level.
∎ To inform the Program Manager timely about any planned or conducted coordination meetings.
∎ To monitor the field level program activities and prepare action plans based on the findings regularly.
∎ To monitor and provide assistance in supervising the nutrition team through on-the-job training (OJT) at the field level, ensuring adherence to service quality standards.
∎ To analyze the reports of the INFs to identify gaps and take corrective measures on a weekly/monthly basis.
∎ To monitor closely if the program indicators are being met.
∎ To maintain coordination with the MEAL team to evaluate program performances and support the PM to arrange lesson learning workshop to set up improvement plan for the future.
∎ To implement other activities, related to the objectives of the technical support unit, as assigned by the Line manager.
∎ To support large or complex assessment/evaluation activities as required.
∎ To support implementation of rapid needs assessments in the event of emergencies.
∎ Any other assignments were given by the Line manager.


Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Experience on managing Rohingya refugee program will add value.
∎ Should be well versed on technical aspects like CMAM, IYCF, CMAMI etc.
∎ Knowledge on the local language will add value.
∎ Should have a good observation and analytical skill.
∎ Should have the capability of interpersonal communication skills, especially on proficiency in speaking in English.
∎ Proficiency in MS excel, word, powerpoint etc. are expected.
∎ Must have good analytical skill.
∎ Must have supportive supervision and leadership skills.
∎ Must have good decision making skill.
∎ Must be proficient in training facilitation.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Must have good team building capacity.
∎ Must be self-motivated and able to motivate the field staff.
∎ Must be willing and able to travel in camp locations in Ukhia
∎ Project locations are in remote areas in refugee camp. Staff is expected to live in his/her based location.

Salary: Negotiable
