∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain customer quality standard in sewing & finishing floor as per SOP.
∎ Maintain floor DHU percentage as per set target.
∎ Achieve the final inspection pass rate as per set target.
∎ Attend pre-production meeting and risk analysis meeting and finalize all quality
∎ related parameters.
∎ Take corrective measures by root cause analysis, against any quality related
∎ findings.
∎ Review reject garments and analysis root cause and guide the team to minimize reject%.
∎ Review all inspection findings (in-line/ pre-final/ final) and take corrective
∎ actions to eliminate re-occurrence.
∎ Ensure floor housekeeping, PPE and other compliance issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
