∎ Ability to work under pressure & should be team player.
∎ Adequate knowledge of MS Office package.
∎ The applicant should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English.
∎ Must be solve all the technical issues.
∎ Must have working experience in Outerwear (especially Jacket).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Quality Manager has to maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
∎ Determine Operational and Performance Qualification.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by: completing product, company system, compliance and audit.
∎ Initiate new ideas, process or system to reduce defects with improve quality.
∎ Monitor the defects are observed in sewing and ensure the defect rates are minimized.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to quality team.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to the management.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Communicate with buying QC’s and technical to resolve technical issues to achieve desire quality.
∎ Resolve technical issues on the floor to ensure production flow.
∎ Identify and applying the best suitable process to development issues.
∎ Confirm Styling in an everyday manner with record.
∎ Have to be able to faces Quality Technical Audit.
∎ To support all the subordinates at all the aspect.
∎ Having Good knowledge about garments pattern, fabric shade and all the quality related report.
∎ GMS Textiles Ltd. is a complete GREEN Project & one of the most modern Composite Knit wear factories in Bangladesh is going to recruit “Deputy Manager/Manager - Quality Assurance (Outerwear)” for factory unit located at Tansutrapur, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.
∎ Job Responsibility:
