- The candidates must have vast knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion/Enscape/D5, MS office suite.
Responsibilities & Context:
Leading, coaching, and expanding the Architect team.
Visiting new projects and attend client meeting.
Design Management, Design Operation, Design QC
Analyzing every project as creative design.
Presenting design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and management teams.
Developing and overseeing the design briefs and projects from inception to completion.
Scheduling, monitoring & maintaining the design progress and client meeting.
Ensuring proper documentation of every running & upcoming project.
Breifing all of the design related work to the contractos as per documentation.
Visiting projects, Design QC checking & Schedul maintaing of all projects.
Ensuring all designs meet quality standards and are delivered within budget and time constraints.
