Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline and background in IPE will be given highly preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle the full IE Operation.
∎ Proper layout, standardize timing SMV and methods.
∎ Production balancing, Process engineering.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers' performance.
∎ Monitor the workflow after initialization and update the methodology time to time.
∎ Chasing the production people to achieve the target.
∎ To analyze performance of operators & assist for salary decision.
∎ Practical experience in monitoring performance, identifying, solving bottlenecks and engineering workstations.
∎ Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity.
∎ Develop an IE team, Train the production team in IE concepts; advise the management in IE matters.
∎ Experience in Working Costing and Production SMV.
∎ Assist in implementing lean manufacturing process
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have working experience in Outerwear especially Jacket/Knit item.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Adequate knowledge of MS Office package.
∎ The applicant should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English.
∎ Able to work independently.
