∎ Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close deals.
∎ Prospect visit, customer hunt, create market opportunities & achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the clients and prospects.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing clients and prospects.
∎ Attend property viewings and provide clients with relevant information.
∎ Keep up-to-date of industry developments and competitor activities.
∎ Continuous market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
