Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
∎ Collaborate with Supply Chain to align sales strategies with product offerings and market trends.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
∎ Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while adhering to company policies and standards.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the sales team, promoting teamwork and professional development.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in B2B sales.
