Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Corporate Sales:
∎ Ensure team members meeting individual target being align with company objectives.
∎ Creating strategic business relationship with key corporate clients.
∎ Drive business for Co-branded products with potential clients.
∎ Create Sales Pitch and Materials
∎ • Modern Trade Sales:
∎ Achieve Modern Trade sales operational objectives as per strategic plans
∎ Meet Modern Trade sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
∎ Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for channels and areas in support of national objectives
∎ • E-Commerce Sales:
∎ Plan and drive e-commerce channel sales being align with Annual Sales Strategy.
∎ Provide Supply Chain with accurate and timely unit forecasts to allow for adequate inventory to support sales initiatives.
∎ • Joint Sales Campaign:
∎ Plan, initiate and rollout joint sales campaign

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proper understating on Alternative Channel Business
∎ Proficiency in MS PowerPoint
∎ 5+ years working experience and having proper understanding on corporate business, modern trade and e-commerce is enough for Alternative Channel Lead as well as experience in Sales/Business Development
