• Possesses robust communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with exceptional leadership abilities, taking full ownership of any challenges that arise.

• Proficient in guiding and leading technical teams and subordinates towards achieving departmental objectives.

• Holds vendor certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCP, NSE, RHCL, MTCNA, or HCNA, which would be advantageous.

• Thrives in high-pressure situations, consistently delivering results while under pressure.

• Strategize and take proactive steps to enhance service quality for enterprise clients.

• Innovate by designing and implementing new network solutions, or optimizing the efficiency of existing networks.

• Configure and maintain network and security devices (e.g., Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Servers) to maximize network performance and security.

• Diligently monitor and analyze network logs, data, and historical records to identify the root causes of network anomalies and security vulnerabilities.

• Expertly design and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring timely resolutions.

• Foster seamless inter-departmental communication.

• Organize regular training sessions covering various technical topics to enhance the organization`s technical capabilities.
