Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - (Process Costing/Post Costing) for Job Costing, Post Costing, Variance Analysis, Ratio Analysis and all types of Process Costing.
∎ Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing Cost Accounting Procedures.
∎ Identify cost savings opportunities.
∎ Prepare and maintain cost reports; including variance, cost breakdowns and profitability analysis.
∎ Preparing and analyzing cost forecasts.
∎ Assisting with the implementation of cost improvement initiatives.
∎ Research and analyze cost information to support decision making.
∎ Provide support to other department on cost related matters.
∎ Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting standards and cost accounting best practices.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
