Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and optimize Windows and Linux-based systems to ensure stability, security, and peak performance.
Deploy and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware, along with cloud infrastructure, to support scalable and efficient operations.
Collaborate with the software development team to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications for seamless functionality.
Utilize Git for version control and implement CI/CD workflows using tools like Docker and Ansible to streamline deployment processes.
Restore databases from backups and archive logs, perform troubleshooting, and ensure data integrity.
Manage MS SQL Server and Oracle databases, implementing replication strategies for high availability and disaster recovery.
Configure, maintain, and optimize web servers, including Apache and MS IIS, ensuring proper load balancing and SSL security configurations.
Set up and maintain enterprise storage solutions to ensure data redundancy, availability, and reliability.
