∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabrics Printing Production of any large Printing industry., Screen Printing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure all the sample development within time frame.
∎ Trouble shoot all of the development related problems as soon as possible.
∎ Follow up the daily plan and schedule on the basis of importance.
∎ Weekly meeting with all of responsible person of their working update.
∎ Follow up the Proper uses of man & materials.
∎ Follow up the daily production and receive & delivery report.
∎ Trouble shoot all of the problems for smooth running production.
∎ Aware the people to minimize the rejection.
∎ Provide new development sample based on Buyer's concept or reference sample.
∎ Follow up the weekly dyes and chemicals consumption and uses report for sample.
∎ Follow up the monthly uses dyes and chemicals report from the store.
∎ Maintain all buyer MQR and RSLs.
∎ Maintain all chemicals related documents such as MSDS, TDS, and Guarantee Certificate etc.
∎ Ensure all dyes and chemicals meet the buyers RSL.
∎ Any Other task assign by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Team player, independent, positive attitude and result oriented
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
