Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Professional certifications in logistics or freight forwarding will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations (Air & Sea).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Leadership and team management ability.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and freight management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and smooth service delivery.
Serve as the primary liaison with overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and customs authorities.
Ensure accurate and timely shipment documentation, customs clearance, and strict adherence to international trade regulations and company SOPs.
Track, analyze, and report on operational KPIs. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Proactively address operational disruptions, delays, and customer complaints with effective solutions.
Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the operations team to build a high-performing unit.
Prepare and present regular operational reports to management.
