Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years

Minimum 8 years working experience in vehicle maintenance (Heavy, Medium & Light Vehicle)· Strong leadership & decision-making skills. Capable of managing a team of up to 300 members· Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Knowledge of modern automobile technology & computer applications. Honest, dedicated, and target-oriented. Skills & Expertise in Automobile, Transport Market & Marketing, Documentation, Litigation, Handling with  Police, Traffic and local administration inside geographical area in Bangladesh.



Responsibilities & Context:

Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.

Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system.

Ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements.

Directing all transportation activities.

Developing transportation relationships.

Monitor and ensure all drivers have the correct qualifications and training.

Monitor transportation costs and conduct budget analysis.

Manage incidents, conduct investigations, and report on the impact of logistics changes to senior management.

Manage and supervise the entire workshop operations.

Allocate work among mechanics, technicians, and helpers.

Monitor repair, maintenance, and servicing quality to ensure user satisfaction.

Ensure proper use of diagnostic tools and modern equipment.

Oversee engine scanning and advanced diagnostics.

Control spare parts stock, purchase requisition, and inventory management.

Maintain records of bills, job cards, and service reports.

Ensure safety standards in the workshop.

Train and guide mechanics & junior staff.

Communicate with management regarding revenue, cost, and customer service improvement.

Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after proper service.

Carry out any other duties assigned by the authority.
