Experience:
B.Sc. in Textile Engineering OR Diploma in Textile Engineering (Preference will be given to candidates from BUTEX)
7 years’ experience, on which 1 year in similar position.
Experience in large Composite Knit Industries will be added as advantage.
Candidate leaving Narayangonj will be get preference
Strong leadership capability, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members. Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Good inter-personal & communication skills.

Overall dyeing and finishing production handling, monitoring as per the production schedule.
Participate in planning, programming and scheduling of each batch for all dyeing and finishing machines.
Prepare accurate recipe for accurate shade matching according to the buyer’s specification.
Confirm and maintain quality and timely delivery of fabrics.
Maintain log-book/ data sheet of each batch in each machine.
Find out problem and participate in decision-making.
Find and report problem of each machine for proper functioning with good maintenance.
Strictly monitor for reducing wastage in fabrics, dyes, chemicals, utility etc.
Time to time reporting of the production, wastage etc.
Ensure smooth production flow in knit dyeing while maintaining buyer-required quality standards.
Monitor lab-dip preparation, shade approval, and lab-to-bulk consistency.
Supervise bulk dyeing processes, ensuring RFT (Right First Time) achievement and minimizing re-dyeing.
Check quality parameters including GSM, color fastness, shrinkage, and shade variations.
Maintain proper records, production reports, and daily performance analysis.
Provide technical support to operators and guide them for process improvement.
Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve daily production targets.
Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
