∎ Training/Trade Course: Digital Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Digital Content Development, Digital Market or Facebook Page, facebook ads, SEO and Digital Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Creative thinker and problem solver, Digital Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keyword Analysis and content Writing for Social Platform specially for Facebook, YouTube.
∎ Execute all digital marketing, including Facebook posting, post boosting, responding.
∎ Design, build and maintain social media presence for the clients of the company, also focus on creating innovative info graphic/video content for the company.
∎ Engage the sales & marketing teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Develop and manage digital marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
∎ Write content for marketing and knowledge of creating Banners, Images etc. to be displayed on the website, social media and E-mail Marketing.
∎ Expertise on Social Media platforms marketing- like in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, YouTube, to manage digital marketing campaigns, and marketing.
∎ Manage & improve query response in social media.
∎ Implementing and Managing company's social media accounts.
∎ Managing all digital assets like Domain & Hosting, App, Payment accounts.
∎ Have to communicate with the Facebook authority to solve the any kind of problem regarding that.
∎ Evaluate important metrics for target audience.
∎ Sound knowledge in Digital Marketing, Audience Targeting, SEO and SEM, Content Marketing, CSS, Google AdWords, AdSense, YouTube Marketing, Website Blog Creation etc.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management and providing feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Expertise in Adobe suite or any video/image editing tools will add advantage.
∎ Must be self-motivated, dynamic, energetic and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Having good moral/human character. S/he should have "can to attitude", kind & empathetic, 'eager to learn - eager to teach', energetic, passionate to work.
∎ Be a team player and able to adjust priorities in accordance with team needs.
∎ Use logic and analytical ability and experiment new things.
∎ Ability to implementing new things not copy the old things.
∎ Ability to solve the problem with logic.
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills.
