Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA will get preference from any reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to build up strong leadership and teamwork skills.
∎ Setting the recovery strategy by analyzing the competitors activities and accordingly generate the prospect of recovery.
∎ Achieving Monthly recovery Target.
∎ Monitor daily recovery tracking and recovery variance.
∎ The ideal candidate will be accountable for overall credit collection in his region.
∎ He has to manage a numbers of Executive and achieve the monthly installment, monthly loan recovery target given by the management.
∎ He has to reduce the over due (OD) loan as per target has to manage any other job in connection of credit collection assigned by the management.
∎ Forecast for recovery plan consequently to meet the assigned targets.
∎ Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and credit collection commitment of officer to the achievement of Territory/ Region objectives and targets.
∎ Provide report on target, performance and justification for business outcome.
∎ Regular reporting to the top management on periodical recovery performance.
∎ To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Agreed to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidates should have 8-10 years job experience in credit collection and minimum 5 years as similar level preferable.
∎ Candidate should have valid driving Motor Cycle License.
∎ Candidates will expert in credit collection and monitoring in financial/ leasing company preferred.
∎ He should have good team working abilities.
∎ Should have strong communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently, self motivated and work to tight deadlines.
∎ He should have strong interpersonal skills as he has to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people.
∎ He should have a direct and intensive approach and be willing to work long hours.
∎ Can do attitude.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
