Education:
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.

  • CA (CC), ACCA, CMA or MBA (Finance) will be considered an additional advantage.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Practical Accounts experience in the Hospital / Healthcare sector is mandatory.

  • Practical experience in Hospital Billing, Revenue, Collection & Financial Operations.

  • Experience in using Hospital Management Software / ERP / Accounting Software.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  • Good leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent MS Excel skills.

  • Good practical knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • High level of integrity, responsibility, accuracy and confidentiality.



Responsibilities & Context:

York Hospital Ltd. is looking for an experienced, responsible and result-oriented Deputy Manager / Manager – Accounts who will be capable of managing and supervising the Hospital’s overall Accounts & Finance operations effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the Hospital’s daily Accounts & Finance operations.

  • Maintain Books of Accounts, Ledgers, Vouchers and other necessary financial records.

  • Monitor Patient Billing, Revenue, Collection, Expenses, Receivables & Payables.

  • Supervise daily Cash & Bank transactions and perform necessary reconciliation.

  • Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial Statements & Management Reports.

  • Verify Bills, Invoices, Vouchers and payment documents.

  • Prepare Cash Flow, Budget, Expense & Financial Analysis Reports.

  • Ensure proper Financial Control & Cost Management.

  • Ensure compliance with Tax, VAT and applicable accounting requirements.

  • Supervise the Accounts Team and provide necessary guidance and support.

  • Coordinate with Management, Auditors and Tax/VAT Consultants as required.

  • Identify financial discrepancies and take necessary corrective actions.

  • Prepare required reports using MS Excel and Accounting/ERP Software.

  • Perform any other Accounts & Finance-related duties assigned by Management.
