Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the RISK, MCP, PP comments and presetting comments during monitor the work of all Subordinates (MMR).
∎ Perform Inspection of various construction activities.
∎ Check and verify the documents and control standard operating procedures, work instructions process flow mapping etc.
∎ Report generation of inspection activities, notifies operation and quality assurance/quality control management of significant problems (MMR).
∎ Meet with vendor's customer's quality representatives and company personnel to discuss and resolve quality problems.
∎ Develop and maintain the quality standard rules for lingerie garments.
∎ Determine operational and performance qualification.
∎ Maintain and improves product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and Technical support.
∎ Conduct audit and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Analyze statistical data to determine present standards and ensure required quality before shipment.
∎ Random check on all QI work stations once a day and make sure right product is passed.
∎ Coordinate with all quality controllers understand and solve problems time to time.
∎ Monitor the defects are observed in finishing and ensure the defect rates are minimized.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to quality team.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Female candidates are encouraged to apply;
∎ At least 07 years of relevant experience out of which minimum 1- 2 years should be in similar position in any large Lingerie Garment Industry
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness, leadership ability and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord
∎ Job Location : Joydebpur, Gazipur.
