Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 45 years
Relevant experience in financial reporting and tax compliance within a reputed organization, preferably a listed company.
Strong understanding of IFRS, IAS, and local accounting standards.
Comprehensive knowledge of Income Tax Act 2023, VAT & Supplementary Duty Act 2012, and related rules.
Experience in preparing financial statements, liaising with external auditors, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills with proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle/Tally).
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial reports in compliance with IAS, IFRS and regulatory requirements.
Tax computation, return submission, and tax planning.
Ensure compliance with listed company reporting requirements.
Support management with financial insights and tax-related advisory.
