∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
∎ Good knowledge of banking operations, fund management and financial regulations.
∎ Familiarity with corporate financial strategies, investment analysis and financial risk management.

∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.

∎ Prepare and submit tax returns, ensure compliance with VAT & Tax regulations.
∎ Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement.
∎ Prepare periodic MIS reports for management decision-making.
∎ Handle banking, LC and vendor payments efficiently.
∎ Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Accounting Standards (BAS), IFRS and corporate tax laws.
∎ Assist in internal & external audits and ensure strong financial control measures.
∎ Assist in financial planning, budgeting and expense monitoring.
∎ Work closely with internal teams, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
∎ Any others task assigned by the HOD/Management authority.
∎ Job Context: One Direction Companies Limited is looking for highly competent Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts who will be responsible for financial reporting, tax compliance, salary preparation monitoring and overall commercial functions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in financial management and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
