Experience:
BBA/MBA from any reputed private or public institutions.
To generate/ source the sales as well as process which will include working with sales team to develop the company`s position and customer base within the corporate arena.
To develop the relationship with customers/ clients, ensure the profitability of company, increase the customers` loyalty and satisfaction, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers and potential new targets.
To identify business development opportunities with existing and new potential clients.
To establish strong customers` relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers/ clients regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, services and other issues.
To contact corporate customers via emails and phone calls to offer the products & services.
To visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss about the products and explain how it will meet customers` requirements.
To collaborate with the operations, marketing, support departments to develop and implement plans effectively for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
