Guide and support the team in creating reports, maintaining data accuracy, and providing feedback.

Strategy and KPI Management:
Develop and implement sales KPI processes aligned with business needs.
Research and design policies, assign parameters, and create techniques for new software development.
Develop and implement sales initiative plans for the sales team, including strategies for growth.
Software Development and Automation:
Create new software development plans, including reporting systems, data automation systems, and dashboards.
Identify areas to increase efficiency and automate processes within the business.
Train new employees and team members on software usage and new modules.
Analyze existing software modules and provide recommendations to the IT Department.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations for reporting and decision-making purposes.
Work closely with internal departments, including Sales, IT, HR, Distribution, Marketing, Factory, and Product Development teams, to improve software and reporting systems.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and coordinate with the IT team for modifications.
Coordinate with internal employees to ensure smooth system automation and reporting processes.
Strategic Planning and Decision Support:
Work with senior management to prioritize software modules and reporting systems.
Present insights and recommendations to management to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
Report on areas requiring improvements and suggest actionable steps.
New Product Development and Market Research:
Research business opportunities and contribute to new product development strategies.
Coordinate efforts to align product development with market demands and customer needs.
