∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in auditing (RMG sector preferred)
∎ Strong knowledge of IFRS, IAS, VAT, TAX, and financial regulations in Bangladesh
∎ Proficiency in auditing software, accounting tools (Tally/ERP), and MS Excel
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
∎ Strong communication and report-writing abilities

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and execute internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
∎ Identify financial risks, fraud, and control weaknesses, and provide recommendations for improvement
∎ Review financial statements, invoices, and transactions for accuracy and compliance
∎ Ensure proper VAT, TAX, and regulatory compliance as per Bangladeshi laws
∎ Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits
∎ Develop and implement internal control procedures to enhance financial transparency
∎ Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management
∎ Supervise and mentor junior auditors for improved performance
∎ Job Responsibilities:
