∎ HSC, B.Sc in IPE/ Textile will give preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review all quality and technical requirements before start bulk.
∎ Correcting pattern if need before bulk with getting support from sample room.
∎ Prepare all supporting guidelines to process.
∎ Making mock-up if need for simplifying critical operation.
∎ Solving all the technical issues in sewing floor.
∎ Monitoring operation bulleting, measurement chart, swatch card and any related files to assure the best method on the floor.
∎ Alerting in all production drop places and quality problem areas due on technical reason and involve on the spot to solve the issues.
∎ Feed the sewing line (major and measurement).
∎ Assuring with authorizing all floor pattern and measurement.
∎ Attending all pre-production and Line feeding meeting
∎ Strictly follow risk analysis before bulk and trail adjustment.
∎ Reporting to the HOD Daily, weekly and monthly.
∎ Others all related job which assign from HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
∎ Must have knowledge in computer programs like MS-Word, MS-Excel and Power Point.
∎ Must have good presence and leadership ability.
∎ Good team spirit, able to work under pressure and deliver the job in tight date line.
