Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement effective sales drives that ensure sales and revenue targets.
∎ Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
∎ Identify the market opportunities for future sales.
∎ Maintain effective communication with prospects/customers that ensures the company's interest.
∎ Build a strong relationship with prospects and customers.
∎ Prepare sales reports per the department's guidelines and maintain inventory control.
∎ Ensure that sales leads/ prospects information is maintained accurately in the prospects database.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Good knowledge of the sales process, cycle, and industry.
∎ Experience in commercial project/space sales in any reputed real estate company.
∎ Exceptional communication and people management skills.
∎ Should have stress tolerance, formal presentation, and team leadership skill and should be proactive.

Salary: Negotiable
