Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up reviewing of monthly draft accounts and ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
∎ Reviewing financial reports and budget with necessary statements as per contract/agreement/MOU.
∎ Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
∎ Meeting with programme personnel to solve various accounts related problems.
∎ Maintaining proper coordination with the internal and external auditors and satisfy audit queries to ensure that unqualified reports are issued.
∎ Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
∎ Responds to inquiries from the Head of Accounts, and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the Programme's goals on safeguarding implementation.
