∎ BBA/ MBA major in Accounting/ CA (Partly qualified)
∎
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking and payments various incentives of salespersons and distributors.
∎ Reconciliation of debtor, sales, advance, and creditor at the end of each month.
∎ Review the provision requirements and make provision thereon.
∎ Close review of each business proposal while requisitioning for advance.
∎ Monitoring and recording sales collection and reconciliation thereon.
∎ Calculate the landed cost of local and import purchases.
∎ Recording of inter-company transactions and reconciliation accordingly at the end of each month.
∎ Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
∎ Make liaison with third parties.
∎ Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
∎ In addition to the above, any other job may be assigned by management based on necessity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Conversance in SAP will add an extra value
∎ Proficient in MS Office package especially in MS Excel
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skill
∎ 6-7 years of working experience in Accounts/ Finance in FMCG is preferable
