Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Any Security Related Training
∎ Training/Trade Course: Basic Fire Safety Training, CTPAT Training
∎ Skills Required: Security related activities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carryout continuous marketing to get new posts for the company.
∎ Plan & lead the marketing team to achieve the given target.
∎ Ensure recruitment of security guards to fill up vacancies.
∎ Ensure that all supervisors and guards are well aware of their duties and responsibilities.
∎ Responsible for overall security of human resources, material and information of the Company.
∎ Initiate and conduct all investigations involving incidents/accidents related to missing items, trespassing etc.
∎ Liaison and coordinate with government and local law enforcing agencies and manage relevant issues.
∎ Prepare and submit report on Security Core activities periodically (as per requirement) to the management.
∎ Conduct training to the new recruits.
∎ Conduct regular training for security guards & security supervisors.
∎ Duty distribution & follow up / monitoring.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) service experience in any security company.
∎ Retired Army officers will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
