∎ M.Com / MBA from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & maintaining all kinds of Import & Export Letter of Credits (LC) related documentations & reporting to the Management.
∎ Ensure compliance of Customs and Bond related activities.
∎ Conducting all kinds of Export / Import related Banking, Customs & other functions.
∎ Analyze Export / Import LC as per Pro-forma Invoices (PI) or Agreements between Buyer & Seller.
∎ Coordinating with LC applicant/Beneficiary Bank for payment collection/making & related activities.
∎ Co-ordinate with Govt. Officials, C&F Agents, CCI&E, BOI, BPDB, CAAB, BKMEA, BTMA, Banks, Freight Forwarders, Transport etc. for smooth and timely operation of commercial department.
∎ Checking and controlling PI & other invoices, packing list & other related documents for exporting/importing of goods/services.
∎ Presentation shipping documents to respective offices on time.
∎ Liaison with concerned authorities to ensure all types of certificates such as IRC, ERC, EPB, DCCI/ MCCI, membership Certificates etc. are renewed in due course of time.
∎ Follow-up & Maintain records of courier packages received from suppliers.
