Experience:
Minimum Master’s degree in Mass Communication & Journalism / Media Studies from a reputed university with minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00
SSC and HSC with minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00
Required Experience:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in media management, public relations, or corporate communications
Proven experience in:
Developing and executing communication and branding strategies
Handling media relations and public messaging during sensitive situations
Managing digital media and content strategy
Producing high-quality multimedia content and publications
Strong command over managing social media platforms and developing effective action strategies
Well-connected with mainstream print and electronic media, with the ability to maintain professional media relations
Additional Requirements:
Maximum age: 40 years (relaxation may be considered for highly experienced candidates)
Proficiency (advanced skill) in Bangla (Bijoy) and English typing, along with strong expertise in media tools including Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, Microsoft Office, project management software, and digital marketing platforms.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong crisis communication and decision-making ability

Job Description / Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all digital media platforms (social media, university website) ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery.
Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance the university’s public image and brand reputation.
Plan, supervise, and execute high-profile events such as seminars, press briefings, official ceremonies, and outreach programs.
Oversee the preparation and dissemination of press releases, newsletters, annual reports, and promotional materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and external stakeholders.
Act as the official communication liaison during crisis situations and ensure effective crisis communication management.
Supervise multimedia content production including videos, documentaries, publications, and social media campaigns.
Monitor media coverage and prepare analytical reports for university authority
