Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: Purbachal Eastwood City (PEC) a subsidiary of Innovative Holdings Limited, is seeking an experienced Deputy Chief Security Officer for its project located at Nolpathor, Kanchan, Rupganj, Narayanganj, Dhaka.

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Deputy Chief Security Officer who will be resident inside the project. Retired armed forces personnel with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. (Preferably Retired Captain or Lieutenant)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the overall safety and security of the project site, personnel, and assets. Identify and report potential legal, operational, and environmental risks, and implement measures for risk prevention and mitigation.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate actions.
• Prevent illegal land encroachments and unauthorized access within the project boundary.
• Liaise effectively with government agencies, law enforcement authorities, and external security services to safeguard project interests.
• Manage surveillance systems, access control technologies, and security-related infrastructure.
• Maintain strong coordination with local stakeholders, landowners, and relevant government departments for smooth project implementation.
• Ensure safety and security protocols for all project staff are followed consistently.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and report on security breaches, project progress, and challenges to senior management with recommendations for resolution.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
• Be prepared for an evolving scope of responsibilities as per company needs.
