Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To assist in maintaining and preparing all aspects of accounts following the International Accounting Standard (IAS, BAS, IFRS) & relevant law as well as in compliance with the regulatory bodies.
∎ To be responsible for preparing proper financial planning and budgets as well as the proper execution aligning with the company’s policies and business growth opportunities.
∎ To communicate with and assist the external auditors (including special & internal auditors), tax authority, IDRA, and statutory bodies.
∎ Assist in implementing proper reporting system for controlling and monitoring all financial transactions.
∎ To furnish all information & related documentation of the Board of Directors.
