Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensuring timely product delivery to the market as per given order.
- Preparing distribution route and make effective delivery schedule to minimize delivery expenses.
- Preparing invoice and keeping sales and collection record of MPO's in ERP system.
- To keep record of depot stock according to ERP and sending stock reconciliation report to the management.
- Ensure timely collection of DA's sales proceeds to deposit in company's bank accounts accordingly.
- In order to ensure optimum product stock in depot, product requisition to be send central distribution department time to time.
- To keep update/management department related file/register/document accordingly.
- To execute any other assigned responsibility by the higher authority.
- Maintain Proper route management of vehicles.
