  • Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in renowned franchise businesses in Bangladesh.      

  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development, franchise management, or market expansion (preferably in retail, hospitality, or service sectors).

  • Strong understanding of franchise operations, financial modeling, and legal frameworks.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to conduct market analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.

  • Willingness to travel across domestic markets.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Must have an existing network of investors.

  • Proficient in PowerPoint & excel.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct structured feasibility studies (franchise growth and market expansion) and analyze sales potential to identify and expand into new market areas.

  • Identify and approach potential franchisees with the required net worth and investment capacity.

  • Evaluate franchise candidates by analyzing financial capability, business experience, and long-term vision.

  • Prepare financial and business models to support franchise and expansion proposals.

  • Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the organization and franchisee.

  • Lead key initiatives, projects, and business analyses to support company and franchisee priorities.

  • Oversee branch performance and collaborate with the Operations team to provide continuous support, ensuring profitability and alignment with brand standards.

  • Build and maintain strong public relations with franchisees; provide operational support and ensure long-term relationships.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize growth and success.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to execute expansion plans.

  • Travel when necessary, across the country for client visits, market studies, and corporate events.

  • Represent the company by delivering presentations at business forums and industry platforms.

  • Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
