Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Good report writing and documentation ability, Research and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Research Organization

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop data collection tools (quantitative and qualitative)
∎ Prepare the electronic version of the data collection tool
∎ Supervise data collection (for both quantitative and qualitative data)
∎ Check quality of the data (e.g., match the transcripts with records, agreement test, re-interview etc.)
∎ Analyze data and conduct analysis
∎ Supervise and provide guidance to data collectors, and other team members
∎ Manage project timelines and ensure that deliverables are completed on schedule
∎ Coordinate day-to-day activities of the research department including planning, budgeting and reporting
∎ Carry out any other duties related to the research, as requested by the supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Advanced skills in Stata /R, NVivo, and SurveyCTO/ODK/KoboToolbox
∎ Expertise in mixed-method research, including experience with designing and coordinating research projects.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills working at a national/international level.
∎ Proven track record of producing global standard research outputs
∎ Proven problem-solving and management/leadership skills
∎ Proactive and independent
∎ Flexible and adaptive with a positive approach to managing substantial projects and associated resources.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
∎ Willingness to travel to project regions in Bangladesh and internationally as needed
∎

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 55000 (Monthly)
