Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communications skills and abilities to work as a team.
∎ Data collection skills and ability to obtain qualitative information.
∎ Candidates should have knowledge on field level data collection through pre-designed questionnaires.
∎ The applicant should have the interest and commitment to work with the farmers at the field level.
∎ Ability to take responsibility for achieving agreed outputs within set deadlines and strives until successful outputs are achieved.
∎ Management and coordination skill.
∎ The candidate will be expected to be involved in developing the plan for the data.
∎ collection in his/her assigned region and drawing up the list of target farmers/stakeholders.
∎ The candidates will have to have skills to correctly record inputs and responses collected from target farmers/stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work under pressure within a time-bound schedule to be provided by the project management team.
∎ Openness to change and ability to receive/integrate feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Significant experience of field data collection and analysis, particularly applied to aquaculture/fisheries/ agriculture/social.
∎ Experience in data cleaning and data entry in the development sector.
∎ Ability to create and promote conditions for interactive communications with respondent to the questionnaires.
∎ The applicant needs the knowledge of Microsoft Office package, Database Management.
∎ Have knowledge of mailing and communication

Salary: Negotiable
