Key Responsibilities

·   Enter daily sales data, purchase records, and inventory transactions into the system

·   Maintain and update product master data, pricing, barcodes, and stock levels

·   Record goods received notes (GRN), supplier invoices, and returns

·   Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies or shortages

·   Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports

·   Coordinate with store managers, cashiers, and warehouse staff for data accuracy

·   Ensure proper filing of invoices, bills, and retail documents (physical and digital)

·   Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all store data

·   Assist in audits and stock-taking activities as required

Required Qualifications

·   Minimum HSC or relevant academic background

·   Additional certification in computer applications is a plus

·   Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator in a Retail Super Shop or supermarket

·   Good knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and billing processes

Skills & Competencies

·   Fast and accurate typing skills

·   Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and retail POS or ERP software

·   Basic understanding of inventory management and sales reporting

·   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·   Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

·   Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Experience

·   Experience handling FMCG products

·   Familiarity with barcode systems and POS machines

·   Prior involvement in stock audits or inventory reconciliation

Work Environment

·   Retail store / super shop office environment

·   May require flexible working hours, including weekends or holidays
