Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement database activities of the project on a regular basis towards effective operation & maintenance of trainee management system
∎ Assist to develop database plan, strategy, and tools
∎ Enter training enrollment, assessment, certification, and job placement data into TMS within the time specified in the business plan
∎ Assist the Coordinator - Job Placement, Database and Procurement and the Coordinator - Training, Monitoring, and Assessment in preparing and maintaining their respective database relating to training implementation, certification, job placement, and job placement tracking;
∎ Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities
∎ Compile and sort information according to requirement
∎ Study and obtain further information for incomplete documents and compile/sort information as required
∎ Prepare and maintain the database and keep tracking of the trainees and update the data regularly
∎ Apply updated data program techniques and procedures as applicable
∎ Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform necessary backup operations
∎ Respond to queries for information and access to relevant files
∎ Comply with data integrity and security policies
∎ Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years experience in database management with sound knowledge and skills in IT are essential
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for extra ordinary candidate
