Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Insert customer and account data within time limits by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents.
∎ • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
∎ • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and check output.
∎ • Scan documents and print files, when needed.
∎ • Keep information confidential.
∎ • Apply data program techniques and procedures.
∎ • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
∎ • Accurately input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
∎ • verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
∎ • conduct regular data quality checks and report discrepancies.
∎ • coordinate with team members and departments to gather and clarify data requirements.
∎ • IT skills - MS OFFICE (word, excel, ppt, etc.)
∎ • Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information
