The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize findings (using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).

• Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, sales & marketing.

• Support management with data-driven decision-making through regular reporting.

• Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, HR, operations, sales).

• Assist in the automation of reporting processes.

• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies.
