Educational Requirements:

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support CwC activities in field, including consultations, community engagement meetings, community workshops, and community feedback related work.
∎ Engage in collection of community feedback related activities, help summarize reports on community feedback related incidents and issues.
∎ Facilitate trainings on CwC related topics and activities to humanitarian staff and the affected population. Maintain training participant archive and oversee this work. Monitor trainings conducted by CwC Rohingya volunteers.
∎ Support research and consultation led by IOM CwC, including archiving and organization of data. Ensure data is properly translated and reviewed prior to work. Maintain project data folders.
∎ Conduct interviews and consultations as per CwC best practices and guidelines.
∎ Transcribe and translate CwC related information between Rohingya, English and Bangla scripts.
∎ Work alongside and in support of camp-based volunteers, support their activities and monitor their work. Report findings to supervisors.
∎ Support community engagement work by supporting various units and the CwC as an interpreter in engagement and consultation meetings.
∎ Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

∎ Experience conducting qualitative interviews, including focus group discussions and key informant interviews.
∎ Experience working in Rohingya and Chattgaiya.
Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary for this position is BDT 77350.17
