• In-depth knowledge on overall RMG Cutting Quality;

• Self-motivated, confident, value-driven and dynamic leader;

• Must be target oriented;

• Effective communication skills and strong negotiation skills;

• Responsible for cutting process & procedure as per buyer's quality parameters or requirements;

• Accountable for planning, developing and implementing allover cutting quality activities;

• Pre-cutting procedure follow up properly (Such as GSM, fabric relaxation, shade separation & shrinkage test etc.) Problems analysis, root cause identification, problem solving and smooth operation of cutting section;

• Provide all types of reports regarding cutting quality to concern department as well as Management;

• Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ Production Manager/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head others for Day to Day work;

• Monitor received fabric as per plan;

• Attend PP meeting and implement quality guideline;

• Maintain the 'SOP of Cutting' strictly;

• Manage & increase efficiency considering quality standard;

• Properly understand buyer's cutting requirements and deliver them within TNA;

• Any others tasks assigned by management from time to time.
