Job Description:
Ace Corp is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. You’ll be working with top-tier Canadian clients, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound Queries: Respond to and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Provide Accurate Solutions: Offer clear and precise resolutions to customer issues within set timelines.
Communicate in English: Engage with international clients in fluent and effective English, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
Document and Track Interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams to escalate and address complex issues as needed.
Ensure High Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service and ensuring quality interactions.
Requirements:
Fluency in English: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are a must.
Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in customer support, preferably with foreign clients.
Problem-Solving: Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer queries effectively.
Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency, familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Night Shift Availability: Willingness to work the night shift (6 PM – 3 AM) from our office in Gulshan-2.
