Job Context: Get-Aid Ltd., an IoT-enabled smart service provider, is looking for proactive Customer Support Executives to ensure smooth service and user satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to calls, WhatsApp messages & in-App feedback from users.
Provide accurate info & resolve service-related issues.
Coordinate with the operations team for quick problem-solving.
Keep records of customer interactions & prepare reports.
Share user feedback with operations teams.
Duty Type: Roster-based schedule
Holiday:
1 day per week, based on mutual understanding with team members.
No government holiday applicable.
