Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: ability to works under pressure, Market Research, Marketing and Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying the business opportunity by researching and analyzing the market.
∎ Response support queries with patience and answer politely.
∎ Increase sales by proper response of the sales queries.
∎ Manage billing related quires with accurate information and proper reasoning.
∎ Active on social media and different electronic communication platform.
∎ Perform digital and social media marketing activities.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with customers by providing proper information and regular up to date regarding our services.
∎ Maintain conversation short with polite behavior.
∎ Keep proper record of the daily activities and conversations and handover properly to the next shift.
∎ Prepare various report and submit and update data in the different applications every day.
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
∎ Should have a positive attitude to attend Seminar/Fair/Expo related to business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Google Network, Media Planning/ Media Buying, Paid promotion.
∎ Experience in call center of any kind is preferred.
∎ Must read job responsibilities before apply.
∎ Must have good quality smart phone with full-time internet connectivity.
∎ Plan to live at walking distance from office.
∎ Good typing skill.
∎ Good analytical, planning and coordination skill.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent command over English and professional writing skill.
∎ Good knowledge in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet use and Email communication.
∎ Must be a team player and can get along with the co-workers.
∎ Must be punctual, well-groomed and have good manners.
∎ Must be able to prioritize tasks to finish the assigned projects within the given timeline.
∎ Must be innovative, easygoing, hardworking and compliant with business ethics.
∎ Graphics Design.
