∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Reservation Ticketing, Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Overseas Companies, Travel Agent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be fully conversant with customer services procedures, Ticketing
∎ Reservation system, Reservation policies and company policies and procedures.
∎ Issue all tickets correctly and legibly abiding to all IATA ticketing rules and regulation
∎ Answer all incoming telephone calls courteously and quickly.
∎ To establish and maintain a good working relationship with Passenger, Travel agent and tour operators.
∎ Provide customers (passengers and travel Agents) all services as per company's standards.
∎ To be able to work under minimum supervision under the defined guidelines
∎ Quote fares for different destinations.
∎ To be competent enough to provide special services to the passenger such as special meal, stretcher, wheel chair, meet and assist etc.
∎ Adhere to all management decisions.
∎ Reduce reservation cost to the minimum.
∎ Strictly adhere to ticketing and reservation ethics.
∎ Adhere to Company ethics and standards at all times.
∎ Groom, Conduct, and present in accordance with the company's image
∎ Capable to work in Amadeus system.
∎ Need to work both at City, Airport and Satellite office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Well conversant in Computer applications (in Word, Excel and in PPP)
∎ Good communication skills in Bengali &English and ability to handle both local and foreign clients.
∎ Should be able to work in a team under pressure with multi-tasking capabilities.
∎ Must be smart and professional in the job.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
