Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate, timely, and complete information using internal tools and resources.
Address and resolve customer complaints with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
Maintain and update customer records and document all interactions in CRM.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve the overall customer experience.
Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, troubleshooting, and support needs.
Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: HSC (Higher Secondary).
Preferred: University students or graduates.
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in customer support is preferable.
Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bangla & English).
Strong active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Bitrix, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar) is a plus.
