Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Provide accurate, timely, and complete information using internal tools and resources.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints with patience, empathy, and efficiency.

  • Maintain and update customer records and document all interactions in CRM.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve the overall customer experience.

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, troubleshooting, and support needs.

Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.


Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: HSC (Higher Secondary).

  • Preferred: University students or graduates.

  • Experience: 6 months – 1 year in customer support is preferable.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bangla & English).

  • Strong active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Bitrix, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar) is a plus.
