Responsibilities & Context:
Input Order
Communication with customer.
Follow up with production as daily operation.
Check LC, outstanding payment with customer and Follow up regularly to reduce unshipment.
Arrange sample to customer.
Collaborate with sales/marketing for daily follow up.
Check PI before confirm the order to avoid the mistake.
Any other task assigned by the department manager.
