∎ Training/Trade Course: Mandarin Language Certification
∎ Skills Required: Speaking and writing Mandarin and English Language fluently.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet existing buyers & customers to gain business.
∎ Meet new potential buyers & customers.
∎ Find out new business opportunities.
∎ Maintain effective communication with buyers & customers.
∎ Respond to buyer & customer queries regarding price, product, and delivery, etc.
∎ Monitoring overdue & ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Order confirmation to start production.
∎ Analyze and solve problems by effective communication and teamwork within the team.
∎ Utilize marketing intelligence, enhance technical skills in reporting.
∎ Customer visit analysis (Buyer & Product mix, supply chain).
∎ Any other task assigned by the department manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic Computer knowledge.
∎ Good at MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point).
∎ Good Communication & Teamwork skills.
∎ Punctual.
∎ Work under pressure.
